Civil Project Engineer

Requirements
Lead and perform civil engineering design on a wide variety of projects. Assist with project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and client coordination. Maintain regular communication with clients to help ensure projects remain aligned with scope, budget, schedule, and technical requirements.
Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to other engineers. Apply applicable regulations, policies, codes, and industry standards to ensure compliance with regulatory and project requirements. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop practical, efficient, and high-quality engineering solutions. Review engineering designs, calculations, plans, and technical documents for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Participate in project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, surveyors, etc.
Qualifications
and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). Registered Civil Engineer (PE) in the State of Idaho. 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering design. Demonstrated advanced proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation). Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and design techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
