Put that experience to work helping families get out camping and boating. Bretz RV & Marine is looking for a hands-on leader to help build our parts and service operation in Pasco.

We’re a small, developing store with a team to grow and real work to do. You’ll develop people, improve how the work gets done, and help customers get back to the adventures they bought their RV or boat to enjoy. Bring at least three years of leadership experience, a practical problem-solving mindset, and a record of helping people succeed.

No automotive, RV, marine, or powersports experience is required. WHY CONSIDER BRETZ? A team you can help build. Coach people, establish good routines, and see the results of your leadership in the operation and with customers. Support while you learn. You’ll have established operating systems, significant training, and direct access to our regional operations director.

We expect onboarding to include time at another Bretz store so you can see how we work. Responsibility with a clear framework. You’ll lead day-to-day parts and service operations, report to the regional operations director, and work alongside the store’s General Sales Manager. Work connected to getting outside. We help families go camping and boating, enjoy the outdoor lifestyle, and get back out quickly when the unexpected happens.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD Build, coach, and develop technicians, advisors, and support staff. Set clear expectations, recognize good work, and address problems respectfully. Keep work moving through service scheduling, parts coordination, warranty follow-through, inspections, reconditioning, and delivery preparation. Find bottlenecks, ask good questions, make sound decisions, and follow through until the solution works.

Help customers understand what’s happening, what comes next, and who owns the next step. Prepare the team to give customers clear, confident RV and boat show-throughs. Use operating results to improve capacity, repair quality, customer experience, and profitability while supporting safe work practices. WHAT YOU BRING At least three years of leadership experience, including coaching people, organizing work, and taking responsibility for results.

A problem-solving mindset. You stay curious, look for the cause, and help your team move from frustration to action. A hands-on approach. You spend time alongside your team, understand the work, and help remove obstacles. Clear communication and sound judgment when several things need attention. Integrity and humility.

You keep commitments, own mistakes, welcome feedback, and lead by example. A willingness to learn a new business, its systems, and its financial measures. Your experience may come from service, operations, retail, hospitality, construction, logistics, or another business. Tell us what you’ve led and what you’ve improved.

COMPENSATION

AND BENEFITS $95,000–$105,000 annually The compensation structure includes base salary, performance components tied to department gross and net profit, bonuses, and profit sharing. We’ll explain how the approved structure works and the results it rewards.

SCHEDULE AND WORK SETTING Full time, onsite in Pasco. Monday through Friday aligned with store business hours, with additional hours and weekends as needed. You’ll spend time in the service, parts, and lot areas as part of leading the operation.
