BMW of Bloomington is looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Client Care Specialist to join our team!

This position plays an important role in creating a positive first impression for our customers, building relationships, and helping connect customers with our sales team.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner

Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through our website, email, and other online platforms

Schedule appointments for customers with our sales team

Make outgoing follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers

Build positive relationships with customers and provide an exceptional experience

Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information

Work closely with sales managers and dealership staff to support customer satisfaction and sales opportunities

Assist with general customer service and business development activities

What We're Looking For

A positive, outgoing personality and a passion for helping people

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and motivated to succeed

Ability to remain professional and handle customer concerns positively

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or sales support experience preferred, but not required - we are willing to train the right person!
