Sky What We're Looking For Active Virginia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License Required Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Strong clinical and communication skills Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently in patients' homes Ability to follow established plans of care and communicate effectively with the supervising RN Home Health Experience Preferred, but Not Required Well.
