Manufacturing Supervisor

RIviana Foods in Clearbrook, MN is a Wild Rice manufacturer committed to delivering high-quality products on time and within budget. We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee production processes, manage a team of production workers, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met Key Responsibilities: Coordinate workflow with Production Control and resolve material/capacity constraints Monitor production schedules, quality standards, and workforce capacity Supervise and motivate production staff, including interviewing, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution Inspect and maintain equipment, arrange repairs, and ensure safe operation Collaborate with Management, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to solve issues and meet delivery deadlines Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Prepare and present production reports to management Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing or production environments Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols Proven leadership and communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally Ability to analyze production data, prioritize tasks, and make timely decisions High school diploma or equivalent; technical or engineering degree preferred Preferred Skills: Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency in reading specifications and order information.
