Part-time Position

Pay:** $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** to join our mission-driven team. If you're passionate about supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities, we’d love to have you on board!

What You’ll Do :**

Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings.

Collect and document session data in Rethink within 24 hours.

Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

Participate in new hire check-ins and maintain professional communication with families.

What We’re Looking For:**

At least 6 months of hands-on experience** with children with developmental disabilities.

Current RBT certification**.

Familiarity with ABA data collection** and documentation.

Strong communication** and interpersonal skills**.

Patience, creativity, and a passion** for helping the autism community.
