Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sales of Building Information Modelling (BIM) services, DWSS, EDMS, Digital Surveying Services and Scan to BIM solutions. Achieving Sales Target· Identify potential customers such as construction firms, property managers, survey companies, and government agencies.· Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline through effective communication and timely follow-up.· Stay updated on industry trends, technological advances and competitors’ activities to maintain market competitiveness.· Collaborate with the delivery team to develop and communicate solutions Requirements:
• Hunter type sales with strong self-motivation & drive for business development· Enthusiastic, Proactive, Self-motivated and willing to Learn· Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin· B2B Sales Experience, experience in selling BIM or Construction Digitalization Solution is an advantage· Candidate with less experience can be considered as Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager Apply now
