Engineering Technician

ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN Job Summary: The engineering technician is responsible for providing technical support to ensure the full operation of all plant, equipment, and systems during shift while attending to all guest and service calls. Responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) established for this position.

Responsibilities

Carting out maintenance of structural metal fixtures of buildings as per the scheduled maintenance program and preventive maintenance program. Assisting the engineering or landscape departments with handiwork around the Resort as required. Maintaining working area and makes sure that all working areas remain clean at all times.

Using personal safety wares for personal safety during working. Responding to all guest complaints regarding the maintenance of their room or public areas in a timely manner. Performing preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.

Qualifications

Minimum High School Leaving Certificate/Diploma. Certificate from recognized Tertiary and/or Vocational Training Institution. Minimum one (1) year experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels.
