What Will You Do? Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… Accounting and reporting Preparation and submission of weekly, monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting as required by Howden Group and as per local requirements. Physical Verification of Fixed Assets (‘FA’) and FA register maintenance Ensure proper month-end cost accruals, payroll accruals for leave/gratuity and obtaining actuarial valuations.

Ensure statutory compliance with local law and accounting practice. (Eg., Monthly Statistics Department reporting) Ensure all financial reporting under Multi GAAP / Multi calendar and SOX compliance requirements. Provide support to local Management by providing financial reports requested on an ad-hoc basis. Handling statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, Group Audit, SOX Audit.

Timely updation of Customs FX Rates in ERP Taxation Ensuring compliance with all direct taxation laws viz TDS, TCS, international withholding tax deductions, timely filing of returns and obtaining certifications for foreign remittances. Estimation and payment of advance taxes. Finalisation of annual financial statement as per local regulations for tax purposes.

Liaisoning with the Consultants for preparation and filing of ITR, Tax audits and Transfer pricing and related filing. Liaisoning with the group for various Tax related document collation Handling Quarterly (Tax Factbook) and Annual (RTP & Tax Provisioning) Tax reporting to Group Your Experience Should Be... CA-qualified Finance & Accounting Manager with 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, compliance, audit management, and financial analysis.
