Stack!Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $22.42 - $22.42 / hour*What you'll be doing as a Food Supervisor:Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of food service employees during assigned shifts.

Support management in overseeing meal preparation, food production, and meal service for patients, visitors, and staff. Assign work, monitor employee performance, and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently. Train, coach, and provide guidance to food service employees on policies, procedures, and food safety standards.

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, infection control, and workplace safety requirements. Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, and customer service standards. Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and resolving day-to-day operational issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and food service environment.

Provide support to management with daily operations and perform other duties as assigned. Available shifts:Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (Evening). Job requirements:Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People. Ready. Previous 3+ supervisory experience in food service is required; hospital, healthcare, institutional dining, or high-volume food service experience is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and infection control practices. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and service standards. Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling, inventory, or production systems are preferred.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Servsafe certification required. Background check required.
