Sales Coordinator

Somatrans is involved in the movement of cargo and offers a comprehensive range of freight forwarding services which goes up to the optimum level, that is the door-to-door service. Job Purpose: We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator who shall be responsible for providing excellent customer service and be at ease with market research.

Job Responsibilities

Create and build new client relationships by communicating effectively with Sales Executive & Manager and their clients. Assist the sales team to manage customers’ portfolio. Prepare and send quotes/proposals within guidelines. Ensure customers orders are followed and updates accordingly. Be the main contact between agents & customers Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Work with Sales Executive to achieve targets and budget. Act as a point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales executive are unavailable. Contact new clients to propose our services. Maintain good client relationships Work in collaboration with Operations & Accounts team Job requirements HSC with at least 2 years of experience Knowledge of import & export procedures would be an advantage.

Well versed with Excel spreadsheets, using vlookup and pivot tables Excellent communication and organization skills. Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed Have a strong work ethic Be problem-solving and customer service oriented Good time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
