Drain Kingz Plumbing, LLC is hiring a full-time Lead Plumbing Installer to join our growing team serving residential customers throughout the Salt Lake City area.

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

About the Role

As a Lead Plumbing Installer, you'll oversee residential plumbing installation projects from start to finish while leading and mentoring a helper on the job site. You'll be trusted to manage your jobs independently, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential plumbing installation projects

• Complete water heater, fixture, repipe, remodel, and plumbing system installations

• Review job scopes, layouts, and project specifications

• Plan materials and prepare job sites for efficient completion

• Supervise and train a helper or apprentice

• Ensure all work meets Utah plumbing codes and company standards

• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and team members

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Document completed work using company software

• Capture project photos and submit job documentation accurately

• Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues in the field

Qualifications

• Utah Journeyman or Master Plumber License

• 5+ years of professional plumbing experience

• Strong residential plumbing installation experience

• Experience leading installation projects from start to finish

• Experience supervising or mentoring apprentices or helpers

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and scopes of work

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with field-service software and digital documentation

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
