Job Overview: Job Summary** Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Civil Helper to support construction and maintenance activities in Hubbard, Texas. This entry-level position assists skilled craft workers with various tasks on energy infrastructure projects. Job Responsibilities** * Assist in the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, digging trenches, and loading/unloading materials.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment. * Perform general labor tasks as directed by supervisors and skilled tradespeople. * Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Lift and carry heavy objects, as required. Job Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED preferred. * Prior experience in a construction or industrial setting is a plus, but not required. * Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. * Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. * Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. * Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
