Sales Manager– Pre-Owned Watches

Our client is the foremost luxury goods company in Nigeria with a diversified portfolio that consist of over 13 of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. They are looking to fill the role of a Sales Manager- Pre-Owned Watches.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth across the pre-owned watch portfolio.
• Source quality pre-owned watches and develop new acquisition opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and collectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Oversee sales performance and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Contribute to the overall commercial strategy and growth of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in luxury retail, watches, jewelry, or a related premium sector.
• Strong sales and business development track record.
• Good knowledge of luxury/pre-owned watches and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work with high-value clientele. ​
