Job Skills / Requirements We are looking for a dependable Team Leader to support daily service operations at assigned customer location(s). This is a hands-on frontline leadership role that works alongside the service team while helping coordinate daily work, maintain quality standards, and support employees in completing their assigned responsibilities.

The Team Leader provides day-to-day guidance and support to frontline employees but does not have primary management responsibility for the account or workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily service execution at assigned customer location(s) Help coordinate employee work assignments and daily priorities Monitor work quality and help ensure established service standards are met Provide on-the-job training and guidance to frontline employees Support employees with questions and routine issues during the workday Reinforce company safety procedures and proper work practices Monitor supply needs and communicate shortages or operational concerns to management Communicate service issues and other concerns requiring management attention Perform assigned service duties alongside the team as needed Qualifications: Previous janitorial or facilities maintenance experience preferred Previous lead, trainer, or similar experience preferred High school diploma or GED preferred Dependable with strong attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear direction to others Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to organize work and manage daily priorities Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the work shift Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to perform the physical duties associated with janitorial and facility service work Ability to work in a variety of commercial and industrial environments Additional Information / Benefits Paid training Benefits Opportunities for advancement and career growth Benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid Holidays, Short Term Disability, 401K/403b Plan
