Site Supervisor (Janitorial)

DNC Facility Services has cleaned commercial buildings in Texas since 1982. We’re opening a brand-new three-floor medical office building in Plano this November, and we need a hands-on leader to run the night shift from day one. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 p.m.–1:30 a.m. What you’ll do: Lead a night crew of 5 and assign zones each night Clean the front-of-house areas yourself Take the shift handoff from the day porters Inspect every zone against a checklist before the crew leaves, and correct anything short that night Complete nightly logs and inspections in Connecteam Secure and alarm the building Serve as the on-site point of contact and help train new team members What we’re looking for: 1+ year of commercial cleaning lead or supervisor experience preferred Leads by example and holds people accountable with respect Comfortable using a phone app for checklists and reporting Medical or healthcare facility experience is a plus Must pass a background check, drug screen, employment eligibility verification, and reference checks Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred What we offer: Paid training, including safety, bloodborne pathogens, infection control, and HIPAA awareness Uniforms and all equipment Room to grow into larger leadership roles as DNC expands in DFW
