Director, Volunteer Programs

With the Vice President, HR, Organizational Culture, provide enterprise leadership for Colonial Williamsburg Volunteer Programs across all areas of the organization. The Director, Volunteer Programs is responsible for the strategy, governance, growth, and consistent administration of a portfolio of more than 800 volunteers serving throughout Colonial Williamsburg.

The role directly supervises three positions: one Manager, Volunteer Programs and two Supervisors, Volunteer Programs. Together, these three direct reports provide the management and supervisory structure needed to support the volunteer workforce, program growth, daily operations, and consistent volunteer practices across the organization.
