Job description
The Regional HR Manager serves as the senior HR leader for the AGR (After-Glass Replacement) organization within Automotive North America, supporting a geographically dispersed footprint of more than 80 locations across the United States. Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, Automotive North America, this role leads a team of two HR Managers and two Recruiting Specialists and is responsible for the full scope of human resources delivery across the region.
The Regional HR Manager will partner closely with AGR leadership team to align HR priorities with operational goals, while ensuring consistent process adherence, legal compliance, and a high-quality employee experience across all locations
