Job Responsibilities

Revit Modeling for a specific design discipline. Work under the direction of a design professional and/or BIM Designer II. Perform project design support functions in pursuit of document preparation. Ensure construction documents accuracy and completion based on discipline. Translates redline drawings into Revit model and provides modeling support to the project team.

Support the monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance of the discipline model. Assist the project team with the collaboration and coordination of other disciplines' designs. Adhreres to firm (or client) technical and graphic standards. Print drawings sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews.

Organize and prepare one's own discipline model and/or content for Interdisciplinary Coordination Meetings. Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally. Competent and professional communication and writing skills. Able to meet deadline and able to work alone or with a team.

Education

This includes the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift, carry, or move 10–50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read information. The team member is frequently required to sit, reach, talk, and hear.
