Role and Responsibilities The job holder will be a contact point for customers and handle customer’s order, complaint, sample , document request and specific request. Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up, ensuring compliance with our policies. Act as key liaison between customers and internal teams including planning, logistics and quality, ensuring clear and timely communication Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure alignment with pricing and contracts Collaborate with relevant teams to address special customer requests and drive effective solutions.

Support Complaint management processes, including credits, debits and rebates Manage Customer Requests, Customer Specific Requirements and Samples Requests in SFDC (Salesforce) Manage customer portals ensuring timely responses Experience and Skills University Degree in a relevant field Good at both of oral and written English Commercial / International Trade knowledge More than 2 years working experience in similar position SAP skills in order entry, pricing and data management Microsoft tools knowledge and skills Good communication skills and team spirit CRM (Salesforce) knowledge will be a bigh What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations Training platform for all employees Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological) About us Syensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play.
