Family Preservation Specialist - Social Services

Our Intercept program serves youth, including those involved with multiple child-serving systems and those at high risk of removal from their families. The program specializes in diverting youth from out of home placements by helping their families safely maintain youth in their home environment. The Intercept Specialist is responsible for providing intensive home-based interventions, case management activities to families, provide guidance and treatment resources for youth and families in their own homes.

The Intercept Specialist assures care is delivered in a manner consistent with strength-based, family-centered, and culturally competent values.
