HR Helpdesk Officer

Job description summary : The Helpdesk staff is responsible for ensuring that all HR-related inquiries are handled appropriately and meet expectations with regards to performance and meeting defined metrics/ benchmarks Job Description : Ensure the quality of resolution for all queries / requests received via calls and / or service request tool.

Log and discuss employee feedback with supervisor in order to improve services experience and ensure high level of customer (employee) satisfaction Ensures the accuracy of the support / resolution provided by reviewing the support / resolution before it delivered Knowing how to measures the performance as individual Proactively improve proficiency and productivity and drives consistent work quality Having knowledge of HR function, processes and application to maximizes efficiencies and effectiveness of services Ensures that Helpdesk practice is always aligned to the mission / vision Performs additional duties assigned, as and when required, especially when relevant to the role or future skill development Job Requirements : Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service Good command of English, both written and spoken, for communication and work documentation. Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and accuracy skills. Good communication and coordination skills across teams/departments. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with initiative in improving work processes.
