About this Opportunity: The City of Asheville is seeking qualified candidates for a current opening as a Housing Program Manager. The purpose of this position is to provide management and administrative oversight of City-funded affordable housing policies, programs, and multi-million dollar investments. This includes independently managing a portfolio of affordable housing programs, leading the implementation of initiatives to redevelop City-owned property, and ensuring the City of Asheville’s strategic objectives for housing preservation and creation are met with high efficiency and minimal supervision.
