Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple boutique hotel properties within the region, ensuring consistency in service quality and guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance guest experiences
• Lead, motivate, and support hotel management teams to achieve performance goals and uphold brand standards
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all properties
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and high employee engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, vendors, and partners
• Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions, guest feedback, and operational challenges
• Implement marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and attract new guests Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in hotel management, preferably within boutique or luxury hotel segments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue management, and cost control
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement strategic improvements
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, health and safety regulations, and local laws
• Flexibility to travel frequently within the region

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field or
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management and plus with restaurant management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
