Requirements

Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site Execute RCC, concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing works Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour, and suppliers Monitor quality, workmanship, measurements, and site discipline Report daily progress, issues, and material requirements Ensure safety practices and basic statutory compliance at site Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experience in civil site supervision Strong knowledge of RCC works and building construction Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings Experience in labour management and contractor coordination Practical execution mindset with problem-solving ability Qualification Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Civil Engineering Job Location Thal, Alibag, Raigad District, Maharashtra Employment Type Full-time | Site-based role Benefits Accommodation , insurance, PF.
