Certified Veterinary Technician DAY hours

Description Allied Emergency Veterinary Service is a locally owned Emergency Veterinary service with locations in Eau Claire, WI and Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park, Eden Prairie, and Rochester, MN that provides 24 hour care. https://www.alliedervet.com/about-us/careers We are looking for a full-time DAY and/or Swing CVT at our Brooklyn Park location!

Responsibilities

Use all your skills!

• Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals.
• Perform various laboratory tests and procedures, such as blood work and urinalysis.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the veterinarian.
• Handle and restrain animals during examinations and procedures.
• Monitor animals before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain accurate medical records for each patient.
• Provide compassionate care to animals and their owners.

Requirements

• CVT: Certification &/or degree in veterinary technology .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
