POSITION SUMMARY

The Armed Security Agent for the educational facility in Aventura, FL, holds a key role in maintaining the security and operational continuity of the site. This position requires an agent with an exceptionally high level of discipline, focus, and commitment to the primary goal of assets and personnel protection. The agent will execute comprehensive security duties, including but not limited to; access control, active surveillance, and emergency readiness and a high level of situational awareness.

Success in this role depends on a professional demeanor, unwavering attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring uninterrupted business operations through preventative security measures. DAILY SCHEDULE : Monday to Friday from 0800 to 1600 Requirements Must be 23 years of age or older. Proven experience in security management or a related field.

Working knowledge of basic security techniques. Previous Military, Law Enforcement, and Government Agency experience is an advantage. High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University is a plus (not mandatory). Authorized to work in the United States Valid Class D License Valid Class G License Valid Class W License (an advantage).

Must be able to pass a criminal/background check and must be able to pass a drug test spontaneously while employed. A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required. Possess a valid and current driver’s license. Strong command of the English language (Others are an advantage). Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed. Knowledge of physical security systems and technologies, including burglar alarms, access control, and CCTV. Ability to design and implement safety protocols and conduct drills. Familiarity with state and federal security regulations and grant processes. Advanced physical fitness proficiency Successfully completed Pulmus7 Basic Training’.
