Technical Support & Partner Onboarding Specialist - Hungarian and English language

We are looking for 2 Technical Support & Partner Onboarding Specialists to join our team and support partners with API integrations and technical troubleshooting. Primary Responsibilities: Support partners throughout the onboarding process and assist with API integration Provide L1 technical support and troubleshoot partner issues related to POS systems and API connectivity Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution Use Postman to test API requests and help identify integration issues Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant teams when necessary Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation Communicate with partners via Slack and email to provide guidance and ensure a smooth onboarding experience What we expect from you : Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in API onboarding, technical support, or POS systems Hands-on experience with Postman, Jira, and Confluence Fluent Hungarian and professional English language Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Solid organizational and time management skills Willingness to work Monday to Friday business hours, public holiday cover required (9am-5pm) What you will get from us: A remote work model Paid training Opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast-growing team Private health insurance Benefit package available to all our employees (day off for a birthday, discounts with our partners from different industries) If you are ready to contribute to this position, apply now with your CV in English.
