Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.

Present educational in-service trainings Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team REQUIREMENTS Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure. One year of nursing experience. Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
