he employee in this classification shall report to the PROMISE Program Director but has external responsibilities to other and authority with Treatment Coordinators and Directors in Behavioral Health & Re-Entry Services regarding training and treatment. The responsibilities are managerial in function, with the coordination of: providing direct supervision to case management staff and ensuring clients receive appropriate services based on assessed need, and supports the overall treatment component of the program, ensures the provision of treatment program in both the treatment and work release phase of the program, provide specific training for the reentry division, sanction treatment and training modalities for the agency through a lead role with Treatment Coordinators.
