Business Development Executive - Gold Loan| Chengalpattu

To drive Gold Loan business growth through customer acquisition, market development, channel engagement, sales promotion activities, and cross-selling of banking products while ensuring achievement of business targets and customer service objectives. Conduct market research and area mapping to identify business opportunities and potential customer segments.

Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales activities, networking, referrals, and other approved sourcing channels. Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to drive Gold Loan business in assigned markets. Meet prospective customers, assess financing requirements and promote suitable banking products and services.

Support branches in organizing customer meets, promotional campaigns, and local marketing initiatives. Participate in exhibitions, business events and marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and business generation. Coordinate with branches and internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and loan processing.

Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote other retail banking products and services to customers. Experience Range : 0 to 3 Years Qualifications : Graduate (Any Specialisation)
