Summary This role involves the comprehensive oversight of all digital marketing functions, spanning social media, content creation, influencer partnerships, performance advertising, customer relationship management, and e-commerce operations. The position is central to developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales across multiple channels, ensuring cohesive alignment between digital efforts and business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop monthly digital roadmaps and content schedules tailored to specific stores and brands. Design and schedule diverse media formats, including short-form video, AI-generated assets, interactive carousels, and stories. Allocate and manage budgets for paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations. Organize and oversee digital events, contests, and promotional activations.

Oversee the entire content production lifecycle from initial concept and scripting through filming, editing, approval, and final publication. Maintain a consistent, high-quality, and timely content presence across all digital platforms. Source, vet, and negotiate contracts with influencers while managing creative briefs and approval workflows.

Monitor influencer campaign metrics and calculate return on investment. Evaluate monthly performance data for content, paid media, influencer activities, and individual store outcomes. Interpret analytics to formulate strategic recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with CRM teams to align on campaign assets, video content, and promotional codes.

Liaise with regional managers, store supervisors, procurement, planning, vendor relations, and customer service to ensure seamless campaign rollout and local execution. Direct e-commerce content strategy and monthly digital planning. Perform website audits and coordinate necessary banner updates. Schedule weekly e-commerce content and review operational performance.

Align e-commerce activities with operations and live streaming teams. Execute influencer marketing initiatives specifically for e-commerce channels.

Requirements
