All about the role As a Site Reliability Engineer, part of our global Platform Assurance team, you will be seen as a partner to the wider tech community. Our platform is in a constant state of change, as we grow we want to continue to increase our velocity in harmony with our platform stability.

We're in a unique position, our ultimate goal is making change that benefits all of our engineering teams. You will seek to continuously improve the reliability of our platforms & tooling, while navigating the complexity of our global platforms. You will be helping teams to understand availability, increase observability and resiliency.

We have an established, north star vision and want a proactive contributor to help us turn it into reality. This will rarely be a linear path, we’re looking to continually validate the effectiveness of what we ship and steer our efforts to the best experience we can deliver. You will contribute across multiple projects and not a single day will be the same.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: Own engineering projects, their implementation and delivering against the Reliability & Observability Engineering roadmap Be a part of global agile delivery team Support the implementation and adoption of various initiatives (Load testing, Chaos Engineering, production assurance) Work closely with multiple engineering teams Share your knowledge and promote best practices on how we reliably operate our global platform Troubleshoot, reproduce and mitigate issues in our production environments Identify improvements, highlighting risks vs benefits, and translating them into technical requirements What will you bring to the table?

Eagerness to learn Previous exposure to large-scale cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience in DevOps, SRE or similar role Experience with containers and Kubernetes (EKS) Experience with developing AI agent would be an advantage Development/engineering background would be an advantage (e.g. Python, .NET, Java…) At JET, this is on the menu: Our teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.
