Construction Crew Leader

NOW HIRING: CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN The Erosion Company (TEC) Competitive Pay | Leadership Opportunity | Long Term Career Growth The Erosion Company (TEC), the Southeast’s largest and most experienced erosion control contractor, is looking for an experienced Foreman to lead field crews, oversee job site operations, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, supervise, and motivate field crews to meet daily production goals.
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.
• Oversee installation of silt fencing, erosion control blankets, and other erosion control products.
• Manage materials, equipment, and job site cleanup.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Communicate with management regarding job progress, materials, and crew performance.
• Train team members, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous construction experience and crew leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety and job site procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, if required for assigned duties.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Erosion control, grading, or site work experience.
• Experience operating construction equipment, such as a Bobcat or skid steer.
• Experience driving trucks and towing trailers.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
