Pastoral Associate of Life Long Faith Formation St. Andrew the Apostle 27 Kresson – Gibbsboro Road Gibbsboro, NJ 08026 The Pastoral Associate of Life Long Faith Formation (PALLFF) is a member of the parish’s staff and reports to the Pastor. This part-time position (28 hours per week) will also manage and oversee all sacramental preparation and all lifelong faith formation programs.

The PALLFF will also manage and have oversight of the entire Religious Education Program using the “Catechesis of the Good Shepherd” as a principal methodology. Must have excellent organizational skills and facilitated other programs such as: Whole Community Catechesis, Growing in Faith Together, Special Needs Program, The Way (traditional CCD) .

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
