Function: Goodwill Industries is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator – Creative Content to support the organization's creative services team with design production, creative helpdesk requests, digital asset management, and light photography and video needs. Working in person under the direction of the Creative Services Manager, this role serves as the first point of contact for incoming creative requests and helps ensure marketing assets are organized, accessible, and brand consistent.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Production Produces and updates digital graphics for web, email, social media, print, and presentations using existing brand and style guides. Manages assigned creative helpdesk tickets from intake to completion, providing customer service to internal departments, completing design requests, and closing out tickets in a timely manner.

Assists the Creative Services Manager with resizing, formatting, and versioning visual assets for campaigns, events, and multichannel use. Supports retail signage, flyers, posters, and promotional materials as needed. Ensures all visual content complies with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and organizational guidelines.

Content Operations & Asset Management Maintains the organization of digital assets, archives, file structures, naming conventions, and archival practices. Plays a key role in helping develop and launch a new digital asset management (DAM) system, including applying proper naming conventions, tagging, and metadata to photo and video assets.

Assists with project tracking, production scheduling, and quality control. Reviews creative materials for accuracy, completeness, and brand compliance. Photography & Visual Content Supports photography efforts for marketing campaigns, storytelling, community events, mission programs, retail operations, and internal communications.

Edits and organizes photography assets for web, social media, presentations, email campaigns, digital signage, and other marketing channels. Maintains photo archives with proper naming conventions, metadata, and accessibility for future use. Video Content Production Supports the marketing team with video production, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing content for YouTube, websites, and internal communications.

Coordinates with the social media specialist to repurpose long-form video into short-form social content. Marketing Team Support Assists with marketing projects and special initiatives as assigned. Collaborates with team members to execute integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, web, social media, retail, and community channels.

Supports special events, promotions, fundraising efforts, mission initiatives, and organizational awareness campaigns through creative design and production. Provides creative support to internal departments while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities and brand standards.

Qualifications

Associate's or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Photography, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or a related field. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Experience with photography and photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).

Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar). Familiarity with accessibility standards is a plus. 3D software skills (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) are a plus. Nonprofit experience is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Must be able to work in person at our office. Special Requirements: This position is safety-sensitive and requires drug testing. This role may require access to facility keys and alarm systems. Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events, campaigns, and photography needs. Must possess a valid driver's license, appropriate insurance coverage, and a privately owned, reliable means of transportation.

Travel between Florida's Gulf Coast and East Coast locations may be required on a limited basis to support photography projects, marketing initiatives, and organizational activities. Critical Performance Factors (CPFs) Quality, accuracy, and timeliness of creative projects and marketing deliverables. Effective triage, support, and completion of creative helpdesk tickets and stakeholder requests.

Organization and accessibility of digital asset libraries and photography archives. Successful development and adoption of the new DAM system, including naming, tagging, and metadata standards. Consistent application of organizational brand standards across all channels. Strong collaboration, responsiveness, and customer service when partnering with internal departments and stakeholders.

Continuous improvement of creative processes, asset organization, and production efficiency.
