Senior Field Services Foreman (Biosolids Department)

The purpose of this position is to supervise the daily operations of the Biosolids Department and manage the safe, efficient transportation, disposal, and contract administration of biosolids and related hauling operations throughout the utility. This position is responsible for leading a team of Equipment Operators/Truck Drivers, managing multiple service contracts, overseeing departmental budgets, coordinating biosolids hauling for nine wastewater treatment facilities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
