Tenant Projects Coordinator (2-Year Contract)

As the Coordinator, Tenant Projects, you are responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of tenant construction projects within our retail & office environments. You will own and coordinate the full project lifecycle, from initiation, planning and design through to execution and completion, ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, within budget and to a high standard of quality.

You will work closely with many different user groups, bringing together internal departments, external consultants and contractors to deliver various aspects of projects. You will protect Cadillac Fairview's contractual interests and ensure all work meets regulatory standards.
