Area Supervisor- Janitorial Services

The Area Operations Supervisor leads janitorial and cleaner teams across multiple locations to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-presented. This role oversees daily operations, quality standards, employee performance, and client satisfaction in both union and non-union environments. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the supervisor works independently while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and labor agreements.
