ServiceNow Business Analyst

YOUR MISSION As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, your mission is to bridge business needs and technology solutions by gathering, analyzing and translating requirements into effective ServiceNow capabilities. You will play a key role in improving business processes, supporting product management activities and ensuring that ServiceNow solutions deliver value, quality and a seamless user experience across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Gather and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions. Work with stakeholders to improve processes and define business needs. Support ServiceNow ITSM implementations and enhancements. Manage user stories, backlogs and priorities using Jira. Maintain project documentation and requirements in Confluence.

Support Agile ceremonies in ServiceNow context, UAT and solution delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL practices. ServiceNow CSA certification. Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile methodologies. Fluent in English and a strong communicator with an analytical mindset.
