Your Role

as an LPN As an LPN at Stone. Ridge, you’ll play a key role across both Skilled Nursing and Personal Care, delivering high-quality care while supporting residents, families, and your team. You will: Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident conditions Communicating with physicians and families as a resident advocate Support nurse aides Assist with care planning and implementation Respond to changes in condition and emergencies with confidence Help create a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment Why Stone.
