If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love experimenting, analyzing, and optimizing—this role is for you! 🚀 What You’ll Do As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will: Design and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies aligned with business goals Create engaging email content including newsletters, promotions, and automated journeys, ensuring it is engaging and relevant to the target audience.

Build personalized campaigns using segmentation and automation tools(e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to improve future strategies. Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions Run A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, content, and send times for continuous improvement Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to support broader marketing initiatives Ensure all campaigns follow industry best practices and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
