Senior Microsoft Endpoint Consultant
Job description
To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a Senior Microsoft Endpoint Management Consultant. As a Senior Endpoint Management Consultant, you will: Help customers design, implement, and optimize their endpoint management strategy with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune and related technologies. Deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Translate business requirements into modern workplace architectures that balance security, compliance, and user experience. Guide customers through migrations, from traditional on-premises management (e.g., Configuration Manager, GPO) to modern cloud-based solutions. Share your expertise internally and externally, helping colleagues and customers adopt best practices.
Occasionally support broader security and identity initiatives where endpoint management plays a key role. We’re not expecting you to tick every box, but we value: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and related technologies (Autopilot, Conditional Access, Compliance policies, App management). Experience with Windows 10/11 management and at least one additional platform (macOS, iOS, or Android).
Knowledge of macOS management and hands-on experience is a huge plus. Knowledge of endpoint security integration (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, patching, vulnerability management). Familiarity with hybrid environments, including on-premises Active Directory and Configuration Manager. Understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIS2, …) as they relate to endpoint management.
Strong consulting and communication skills: you can explain technical solutions clearly to both IT staff and business stakeholders. A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and willingness to keep up with the fast-moving modern workplace ecosystem. Certifications are a plus (MD-102, or similar), but what matters most is real-world experience.
We believe our people are our greatest strength. At The Collective, you’ll find: A competitive salary package with the usual fringe benefits, including a company car, laptop, mobile phone, health insurance including dental plan and outpatient care, a pension plan, additional vacation days, and more. Flexibility: work from home, the office, or at the customer — depending on what makes sense.
Support for certifications and training, so you can keep growing your skills. The opportunity to work alongside recognized experts in Microsoft Security. A culture built on collaboration, expertise, and well-being — because we want you to thrive, not just work.
