Gynaecologist

Summary We are seeking a dedicated Gynaecologist to join our Health Care team, offering a competitive salary range of ₹1.5 - 2.5 lpm. This pivotal role is designed for a professional with 0-1 year of experience who is passionate about women's health and reproductive medicine. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in delivering comprehensive gynaecological and obstetric care, ensuring high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence within our facility.

Responsibilities

Perform and manage a wide range of surgical procedures including D&C, LEEP, hysterectomy, myomectomy, oophorectomy, and tubal ligation. Execute complex surgeries such as pelvic floor repairs, Cesarean sections, and normal vaginal deliveries with precision and care. Utilize advanced minimally invasive techniques like laparoscopy and hysteroscopy for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.

Conduct specialized treatments for fibroid and cyst removal, as well as manage infertility cases including IVF protocols. Perform essential diagnostic screenings such as Pap smears and colposcopy to detect early signs of gynecological conditions. Collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare teams, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care and clear communication.

Requirements

Proficiency in key gynaecological procedures including D&C, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, and Tubal Ligation. Hands-on experience or training in pelvic floor repair, Normal Vaginal Delivery, and Cesarean Section. Competence in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries, along with expertise in Fibroid & Cyst Surgery.

Knowledge of Infertility Management protocols, specifically IVF, and ability to perform Pap Smears and Colposcopy. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Health Care environment with 0-1 year of relevant work experience. Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with patients during sensitive examinations and treatments.
