Commercial Manager Ireland

Job Description Lead and develop the Ireland clinical and commercial team. Act as HSE Contract Manager and primary point of contact. Drive revenue growth, forecasting, market share, and business planning. Develop new business opportunities and strengthen renewals. Build relationships with HSE, clinicians, stakeholders and key opinion leaders.

Partner with marketing to support growth initiatives and product launches. Coach and develop team performance through KPI management. Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. EXTRA AWESOME: Commercial leadership experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharma. 5+ years leading teams. Strong knowledge of the Irish healthcare system and HSE.
