Sales Representative (In-Home Sales) – Painting & Home Services

The Role This is an in-home sales role where you’ll run estimates, build trust with homeowners, and close painting projects. This is not a passive role. You’ll be expected to generate your own opportunities in addition to running company-provided leads. What You’ll Do Run in-home estimates and close residential/commercial painting jobs Build accurate scopes and pricing that hit margin targets Generate your own leads weekly (referrals, networking, neighborhood activity, etc.)
