Position Overview

We are seeking industrial painters and blasters to work on-site at various job locations across the Mid-Atlantic region . The ideal candidate has experience in industrial coatings and surface preparation or is eager to learn and grow in this field.

Key Responsibilities

Abrasive blasting and surface preparation Application of industrial coatings (epoxy, urethane, etc.) Operate blasting/painting equipment safely and efficiently Follow OSHA and company safety procedures Travel to job sites as required (per diem is provided for travel, but not all jobs are travel) Qualifications Prior experience in industrial painting, sandblasting, or coatings application Reliable transportation to job sites Willingness to travel for projects Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, working at heights) Preferred Skills Familiarity with spray equipment and coating systems Knowledge of SSPC/NACE standards (a plus) Strong attention to detail Team player with a strong work ethic Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $28 – $35 Schedule: Full-Time, M–F (overtime may be available) Benefits: Paid Time Off Health Insurance Contribution Opportunities for training and advancement Supportive team environment Ideal Candidate Profile This job is ideal for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Adaptable to different tasks and environments Able to work independently or on a crew Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment Interested in a long-term career in industrial coatings Apply Today Join a trusted, expanding company doing essential work.
