What You'll Do

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facility and grounds Complete routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance Identify and address potential safety and maintenance concerns before they become larger problems Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff Maintain building systems, equipment, fixtures, and common areas Coordinate repairs and services with outside vendors and contractors when needed Maintain appropriate records, inspections, and maintenance documentation Help ensure the facility remains compliant with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Assist with emergency preparedness, including emergency equipment and facility
