Care Assistant / Healthcare Assistant

We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants / Healthcare Assistants to support both children and adults with complex needs . Available Role: Client: Supporting a 12-year-old female at home with the following complex health and care needs requires a highly skilled, person-centred approach to ensure safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Hours: Monday and Wednesday Night - 21:30 - 07:30 Pay: £12.71 - £14.72

Duties include: Ventilation management, including monitoring respiratory status, maintaining equipment, recognising signs of deterioration, and responding to emergencies. Home Oxygen therapy, ensuring safe administration, monitoring oxygen saturation where prescribed, and following oxygen safety procedures. Medication Management , including the safe administration, recording, storage, and monitoring of prescribed medications.

Epilepsy and Rescue Medication , requiring staff trained to recognise seizure activity, administer prescribed rescue medication, and follow emergency protocols. PEG Feeding support, including administration of nutrition, hydration, medication via PEG, stoma site care, and recognition of complications.
