Poker Dealer and Floorperson - Dual Rate

SUMMARY:  Responsible for dealing and supervising various games of poker and handling guests cash transactions in accordance with policies and procedures and gaming regulations. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understands and promotes departmental and property-wide promotions. Maintains current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures. Enforces performance standards, policies and procedures relating to all poker games, ensuring compliance with the Gaming Commission regulations. May at times be called upon to perform Brush Person duties. C
